Users are responsible for the images they upload. Users must have the rights and consent needed to upload and transform the image.

• Do not use the service for impersonation, deception, harassment, abuse, illegal content, hateful content, sexual content involving minors, or other harmful purposes.
• Do not attempt to abuse, scrape, overload, or bypass quotas.

4. AI-generated results

AI-generated results may vary. Results may not always be accurate, perfect, or suitable for every purpose. TrendAvatar does not guarantee a specific output.

5. Service availability

The service may be limited, unavailable, or subject to a daily free quota. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.

6. No professional advice

Generated avatars are for creative and profile-picture use and are not professional identity documents.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, TrendAvatar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
