2. How we use uploaded photos

• Uploaded photos are used to generate the selected avatar style.
• Uploaded photos are not shown publicly by default.
• Uploaded photos are not used to train TrendAvatar models.
• TrendAvatar uses uploaded source photos for generation, not as saved gallery or account content.
• Generated avatars are shown only to the user in the current flow.
• The service does not require account registration.

3. Third-party providers

We may use third-party infrastructure and AI providers to process uploads and generate images. These may include image hosting/storage, analytics, and AI image generation providers.

Third-party providers may process uploaded and generated images only as needed to provide hosting, analytics, safety, and image generation features for the service.

4. Model training and data sale

• TrendAvatar does not sell uploaded photos, generated avatars, or biometric information.
• TrendAvatar does not use uploaded photos or generated avatars for model training.
• Because generation may involve third-party AI providers, users with strict legal, enterprise, or sensitive-data requirements should contact support before uploading sensitive images.

5. Analytics

We collect basic usage analytics to understand page views, template selection, upload and generation events, and product performance. We do not use analytics to sell personal information.

6. Public figures and prohibited uploads

Do not upload photos of political leaders, public officials, celebrities, or other public figures for impersonation or image transformation. The service is intended for personal selfies.

7. Data retention

• Uploaded source photos are used for the generation request, not as saved gallery or account content.
• Temporary source uploads may pass through image hosting and AI providers to complete generation, and the service deletes the temporary source upload after a generation request completes when that temporary upload ID is available.
• Generated avatar images may be temporarily stored or processed to provide the download result.
• We may retain technical logs for security, debugging, and usage analysis.
• Users should not upload sensitive images.

8. Children

TrendAvatar is not intended for children. Users should not upload photos of minors unless they have the legal right and consent to do so.
